We’re proud to share that JAW ETS has been accredited by the Government of Liberia to operate as an International NGO—marking a major milestone as we open our first country office outside of Italy! 🎉
This milestone moves us forward in our global mission to promote justice, accountability, and the rule of law. With registration complete, we’re preparing to begin our work on the ground and collaborate with local partners to build a more just and equitable society.
🛡️ Our first project will focus on strengthening Liberia’s response to trafficking in persons (TIP). We’ll provide specialized training to law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges that will:
- Emphasize the collection of linkage evidence
- Enhance investigative techniques
- Improve prosecution outcomes
- Promote survivor-centered approaches
- Strengthen victim protection, especially for women and children
